DIRECTIONS TO
 MILL CREEK PARK

FROM CHICAGO, IL

v     Take Interstate 57 south to the Mattoon / Charleston Exit.  Exit onto Route 16.

v     Take Route 16 through Charleston and on through Ashmore

v  Approximately 2 miles east of Ashmore on Route 16 is the Route 49 intersection, turn Right (South) on Route 49.

v  Take Route 49 south about 7 miles to the yellow flashing lights. Watching for sign for Clarksville Road, and Mill Creek Park

v  Turn Left (East) onto Clarksville road. It is approximately 8 miles to the park entrance.

v     The entrance sign “MILL CREEK PARK” will be on the right.

FROM TERRE HAUTE, IN

v     Take Interstate 70 west about 18 miles to the Marshall, IL exit. 

v     Take Route 1 South to Route 40. 

v     Turn right on Route 40 and go about a half a mile. 

v     Look for the brown Mill Creek Park sign on the right.  Turn right on the Clarksville Road.  Go about 9 miles. 

v     The park is on the left.  You will see a small portion of the lake from the road.

FROM ROBINSON, IL

v     Take Route 1 north to Marshall, IL (about 25 to 35 miles)

v     At the second stop light, turn left. 

v     You will be on Route 40.  Go about a half a mile. 

v     Look for the brown Mill Creek Park sign on the right.  Turn right on the Clarksville Road.  Go about 7 miles. 

v     The park is on the left.  You will see a small portion of the 811 acre lake from the road.
