These units are completely furnished with the exception of linens. The old and new cabins are located on the southeast side of the lake, near the dam.</font></p> <p align="left"><font face="Arial">All cabin units have a kitchen, stove, pots, pans, dishes, refrigerator, etc. All units have charcoal grills.  All units also have air conditioning.  No linens are provided with any of the units. Courtesy docking is available for all cabins and located near the units.</font></p> <p align="left"><font face="Arial"><b>A $150.00 deposit is required at least 30 days in advance of your stay.</b> Notification to the office must be made at least 14 days in advance for any cancellations, or your deposit will not be refunded.  There is a <b>two-night minimum</b> for rentals. Off season rates are effective October 1st through March 31.<br> <br> <b>Holiday reservations</b> for cabins require a <b>two night pre-payment</b> in addition to the $150 deposit.</font></p> <p align="left"><font face="Arial"><b>In-District</b> customers staying two to four nights will receive a $20.00 discount, and an $40.00 for more than four nights.</font></p> <h2 align="left"><font face="Arial"><b>Old Cabin </b></font></h2> <p align="left"><font face="Arial">Directions: From the main entrance, go approximately 3 miles on Clarksville road, turn right on road 1900 E, go 2 miles, turn left at Mill Creek village, and drive another 1 1/2 miles to the cabin.<br> <b>Upper Level<br> $90.00 daily, $540 weekly<br> Off season - $70.00 daily, $420.00 weekly<br> </b>The upper level of the old cabin ahs 3 bedrooms with a full size bed and 5 twin beds.  The living room is approximately 14' x 20'. The kitchen is the same size. The bathroom has a shower and a tub. A 15' x 25' wooden deck is attached to the back of the cabin.</font></p> <p align="left"><font face="Arial"><b>Lower Level<br> $70.00 daily, $420 weekly<br> Off season - $50.00 daily, $300 weekly<br> </b>The lower level contains 3 bedrooms with 2 full size and 2 twin beds. The living room is 12' x 14' and sliding doors open onto a concrete deck.  The bathroom has a shower.</font></p> <h2 align="left"><font face="Arial">New Cabin</font></h2> <p align="left"><font face="Arial">Directions: From the main entrance, go approximately 3 miles on Clarksville road, turn right on road 1900 E, go 2 miles, turn left at Mill Creek village, and drive another 1 1/2 miles to the cabin.<b><br> Upper Level<br> $50.00 daily, $300 weekly<br> Off season - $40.00 daily, $240.00 weekly<br> </b>The upper level has a studio unit with a full bathroom. It has a sleeper sofa and a deck.</font></p> <p align="left"><font face="Arial"><b>Ground Level<br> $70.00 daily, $420 weekly<br> Off season - $50.00 daily, $300 weekly<br> </b>The ground level of the new cabin is handicapped accessible. It has 1 bedroom with a full size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a full bathroom, and an attached deck.</font></p> <p align="left"><font face="Arial"><b>Lower Level<br> $80.00 daily, $480 weekly<br> Off season - $60.00 daily, $360 weekly<br> </b>The lower level of the new cabin has two bedrooms with 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds. It has a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a shower in the bathroom.</font></p> <h2 align="left"><font face="Arial">Launch Cabin </font> </h2><p align="left"><font face="Arial">Directions: The launch cabin is conveniently located near the boat launch.<br> <b>$70.00 daily, $420 weekly<br> Off season - $50.00 daily, $300 weekly<br> </b>The launch cabin bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Located in the living room is a sleeper sofa, and a single rollaway.
