Mill Creek Park has approximately 15 miles of equestrian and ATV trails located on the West side of the Park. A waiver and permit must be obtained for all riders prior to using the trails. For In-District patronage, the daily ATV pass is $5.00. In-District annual passes are available for $30.00. Out-of-District rates are $7.00 per day or $42.00 annually. In addition, Illinois State OHV registration stickers are also required, and can be purchased at the gatehouse.  Prices are $11.00 if the OHV is titled in the State of Illinois, and $18.00 if the OHV is titled elsewhere. The stickers are good for one year, from April 1st to March 30th. They are valid for any ATV riding trails in the State of Illinois that require the sticker.

The ATV trails are approximately 2.5 miles from the park entrance. There is NOT access from within the park to the ATV trails. If you are camping in the park please be sure to have a way to transport your ATVs to the trails!

The trails are patrolled randomly, any ATV rider found without the proper pass and sticker will be subject to a minimum $100 fine from the Park District. Also any ATV rider found without the IL OHV sticker is also subject to IL DNR fines.
