- Discussion of changing the date of the May 16, 2013 Board Meeting
Dennis Shiley has been asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the East Central Illinois Development Corporation. The Annual meeting is held the same night as the board meeting in May. They have 4 quarterly meetings with the other 3 being lunch meetings. This is a great opportunity for the district and for the county for us to have representation on the Board. This decision is entirely a board decision. Jean Anne Grunloh knows that we have a board meeting and that Shiley may not be able to attend this meeting.
